IVF100 Bovine In Vitro Fertilization Medium IVF100 is an innovated bovine in vitro fertilization medium based on the BO medium (Brackett and Oliphant, 1975). IVF100 medium is developed for obtaining high efficiency of sperm capacitation and normal fertilization of bovine sperm during in vitro fertilization. The medium contains HEPES to stabilize pH change in the medium ,resulting that it can extend the long life storage of the medium. Heparin, caffeine, pyruvate, etc., containing in IVF101 medium support high efficiency of sperm capacitation and normal fertilization with matured oocytes in a short incubation (6hr). 30ml x 5pcs/set. |
